The heck it is Bob..... I am not allowed to water my lawn here in Pa......... Gov Ridge says NO NO>....... No Democracy here in Pa.......wonder if I can flush my toilet yet.....been waiting for four weeks now....that baby is filling up to the brim, and it is gettin a wee bit smelly here ....... I did bail my mother out of jail.....was thinkin of lettin her in there but they called two hours after putting her away for watering her lawn and begged me to come take her home....that outta learn um.....
