It's the breasts- apparently men prefer their breasts in magazines they can keep in the bathroom and NOT out in public feeding babies. (I don't think there was much talk about women being offended by breasts. Seems to be a man thing. But maybe there are some women out there deeply offened by breasts- which must be a cross to bear, seeing as how most women have'em)

People, I suppose, who do not like the idea of something they deem intimate being done at table. Why wouldn't one be offended? Suppose the couple at the next table started heavy necking? Wouldn't most people be uncomfortable? Suppose the mother laid the baby on the table and changed its diaper right there. Wouldn't there be discomfort on the part of many? Would anyone ask them to explain themselves, or give them long speeches about how love is beautiful, or baby comes first? No, it is commonly understood that certain things, having to do with physical intimacy, are delicate and prone to give offense, and that discretion is required of the considerate....
