StockWolf, I am surprised at you, in the last post I posted to you I had two simple questions which to which I could not find answer in any public documents, what is the burn rate and cash on hand. I would not mind you saying, you do not know, that is fine, but sending me to management is not going to resolve that. Those that know me on these threads know that I refrain discussing companies business with management, I rely on public information known to all, on thew technical behavior of the stock and if these fail to lead me to an investment conclusion, I do not invest.

Don't you think that these two simple items are kind of crucial to the companies, much more so that any promises of future events?

To All:
I have been pondering the idea of contacting a law firm in order to check into the feasibility of filing a shareholder lawsuit against Grefco Industries(Torrance CA) and Tim Hall who is an employee of Grefco. It appears that Grefco is a competitor of Orex and Tim Hall is acting as an agent of Grefco by publishing who he is employed by and his mining credentials. Tim Hall is constantly providing his professional opinion about the operation of Orex, most of which has been negative rhetoric. There seems to be a direct conflict of interest with regard to Mr Hall's affiliation with an Orex competitor and his willingness to provide shareholders and potential shareholders with his professional mining opinions. I'm also thinking of contacting Grefco industries in order to determine if they sanction this type of activity by an employee.

I'm wondering if anyone else is interested in becoming a party to the suit if it comes to fruition. Thanks in advance for your input.
