Perhaps your post from last Monday is right, Hugh, and things will pick up after Labor Day. I was going to call MLSM North Bay again today but decided to save the money. In hindsight I've been getting better stuff from other sources. They told me when drilling started and they told me when drilling stopped - well before MLSM said anything and at times contrary to what MLSM reported.

One persistent rumor going around says MLSM's last news release didn't disclose everything. You'll recall their NR in early July which stated a second drill had started also said a third drill was to be added. Later the company said verbally drilling by the third drill was delayed but a 4th would be added to make up for lost time. A couple sources both say that a 4th drill was added and believe it may have done some drilling.

Ordinarily I discount this type of stuff but there is another consideration. I do know that earlier this year MLSM approached several people with adjacent or close-in ground to option it. No one apparently agreed to a deal. However, in the last couple weeks, MLSM has approached one party with a far more sweetened offer.

Accepting any of the rumors is a reach but then so is MLSM's behavior. By their own statements they have funds in place, extensive geophysical surveys are complete, all data received and a 3D model completed, a formidable array of drilling equipment sitting idle on the property - yet no drilling - and no apparent effort to support the stock by news or other means. It's all very odd and gives rise to speculation. Have they more than meets the eye? Are they trying to enhance their bargaining position by letting the stock and news slide?

Food for thought, Hugh. It sounds odd to me but then so does the information coming from MLSM.

Regards,

Bob
