I've got it. I'll design a little portable nursing tent that attaches to a restaurant chair and unfolds over the mother-- it can have a little window for her to see out and people to talk in. What do you think? Is this the big one or not?

Masticating with open mouth is "just eating". Putting your face to the plate and eating directly off of the plate is "just eating". Eating all items, not just those commonly considered finger food, but mashed potatoes and gravy, steak and eggs, and so forth, with your hands is "just eating". And yet all of these things would be considered rude to a greater or lesser degree, according to the customs of the country, and would give offense to others around one. It is not "just eating" because of the details of the consumption....
