Haim, interesting indeed!

I don't post much about market direction(s) as I'm still learning. (And coming from afar)

But I do know a bit about the electronic industry, and the several lawsuits that QCOM won in the last year (first against Ericson, and now against MOT) practically have made them the owner of the cellular phone technology.

They get royalties for almost every handset sold. They can fire everybody, close shop, and live out of royalties. (For a few years at least)

Is this situation reflected in the stock price? This is the $64K question.

I believe QCOM has still a long way to go, and these negative recommendations were made to be able to "load the truck"

But What Do I Know?
