re. FASH, it looks like the price/cash ratio is 1.14

cash is $43 M with no debt.

shares out are 7.5 M, plus convertible preferred that can be converted into 884 k shares

That works out to $5.13 per share of cash. Stock is at 5 7/8. That's a ratio of price/cash = 1.14.

Cash burn looks like it is nil or that they are actually generating cash from operations, which is unusual for an e-tailer, and its also unusual for a stock selling so close to cash.

I don't know much about their business. I noticed that they are partly owned by a big REIT (Taubman) which I assume is a good sign indicating that they passed the REIT's DD. It looks like half their revenues are barter, though, and I'm not sure what that is all about. Anybody familiar with the website or the business?

Looks like it must be one of the few e-tailers that went down immediately after an IPO. I wonder why.
