I can't speak for dawg, but I will tell you that this doesn't mean anything. They just had to do it to show the shares that were sold to Apollo and the different groups within Apollo that are now owners of RRRR stock/preferred, etc. because of the $75 mill. It's a good thing, but nothing new at all, just mandatory filing.

Only thing is I am not familiar with this stock and did not no
that it wasn't anything new.
I have a teeny amount of RRRR so it will be fun to watch it grow.

BTW: did you see how NTCT did today? I have a bunch of it.
Bought it at $18 and change:-)
