Acid wash is normal industry practice for commercial operations now. Winspear is in exploration mode at the moment. It is my understanding that they are not doing an acid wash before valuation, because they are still looking at the morphology and genesis of their diamonds, and the outside coatings on the diamonds are crucial in this study.

If this is correct, expect an increase in valuation when acid wash is done.
