Greetings to all...

Contrary to Brother Mark's Overall Market Conditions theory (post #3584), we note that the DOW closed up over 108 points today, the TSE 300 closed up over 7 points today and the TSE Metals & Minerals Index closed up over 31 points today...But MAN continues to decline...

Hell, I'm gonna create my own theory...I think I'll call it "The Touts and Shills Theory"...It goes something like this..."When any spec is in play and takes a downturn, blame Market Conditions"...

Let's do a little recap...

1 - The Boyz are back in town and apparently some of them seem to have "visions of sugarplums dancing in their heads"...This is very good...

2 - Yesterday's PR was just a formality...With the possible exception of new?? numbers surrounding the warrants, the remaining figures were a matter of record......This is good...Hell, the more ore they find, they more they'll drill, the more financing they'll need, the more shares and warrants we'll have out there, the more it'll cost any company(ies) in any takeover bid ....sort of like a "Poison Pill" in disguise :-) ...Might even set the stage for some early motion in that direction...Who knows..!! As long as they continue pulling good ore numbers, any dilution resulting from financings should have minimal effect on share prices...

3 - According to the last information I have, three drills are still turning on TG-3...This is also good, very good...

4 - Good numbers continue to come from TG-3...This is very, very good...

5 - Any "end of the month effects" are no longer a consideration...This is good..

6 - However, there are apparently four drills in this equation....According to the company, they were supposed to be drilling TG-7 and supposedly with this 4th drill...But there seems to be some question as to whether or not this is indeed the case...This uncertainty is causing some perplexities....This is not good....

So, how come the stock continues its descent....??

It is my opinion the answer lies somewhere in #6 above...

I'd appreciate input from anyone as to any considerations I may be overlooking...

Regards....Ray

I been told I was a character, but never that I had character. As for wisdom, I am sorely lacking.
