Gottfried and threaders, Weekly DW Bull percentages below. Note, that the number of sectors below the 50% (mean) is increasing as the market appearing to continue its move down. Wall Street and Precious Metals are in the oversold area (below 30%) with retail and insurance at the the 31% level. Only one sector, Oil Services is in the overbought (over 70%) area. Naturally, the above is only my opinions and the data which I have reviewed from the Dorsey Wright site, IBD and SEMI sites.
