Teddy, it's (901)-652-4200. Actually, that is 9/1/99 volume traded of GBLX today. 6,524,200 shares. Avg volum 1.8 approx. Pretty impressive!

Good information about rules on stock buy-backs.

Back up to 25 on after-hours.

How does $60 by September 14th sound? A person can dream, right!

Buyback will be viewed as positive if it is substantial and executed in full. But most companies that announce buybacks never execute it in full : the reason may be the stock rising in value or a timid, uncertain management. If GBLX management announces a buyback, cuts the FRO walk out clause with a revised 2:1 offer and extends the lock up period, it can only be viewed as positive. Buybacks can never arrest a downslide, may be at the best can cushion the fall for some time it is in effect. This is the time to get in. Also GBLX is sitting on around 400+ mln cash from the USWest failed deal. May be a better buy would be Frontier at a discount. From a trading perspective, I will buy at the open with a stop limit just below today's close.
