Rob, I'm willing to be wrong.

But I went on record saying the decline in the stock was a result of the proposed private placement and that "related parties" used the decline in the stock to soften the terms of the private placement.

Rigged market, if you will.

I noticed that for the first time in several days, the aftermarket trading was minimal - not at all consistent with the past three or four days. No large blocks in the aftermarket, whatsoever. If I were to hazard a hazardous guess, I'd say that when this private placement is done (currently, it's private, and MSGI can't talk about it - I've asked), the stock is going the other way.

What puzzles me is the way the options are priced. Still extremely high volatility. And usually, it doesn't stay there unless there's some expectation of returning to some higher price level. Saw large buyers of puts during the last 4 days as well as some large buyers and sellers of calls. So the read isn't decisive.

I've bet the price of the stock isn't going to be at this level in a few weeks.

And, you're free to flame me if I'm wrong.

Mark
