FGI Slider et al. - I believe now that the information which Mark Rowe provided me today is slightly inaccurate. I learned that the quiet period is scheduled to end officially on September 12, the day Holloway is going to deliver a speech at Morgan Keegan Conference in New York. The merger should be completed by October 15. The important event for us to watch (and perchance participate in) will be the shareholder meeting, on September 27. The proxy material is going to be mailed to shareholders a few days before September 12, the end of the quiet period. ag
