Suzanne, I am assuming that by the time the rest of the existing floorless (what is left of the $3 MM discussed in the first paragraph of the news release) will convert there will be about 170 MM shares, and am assuming the new financing to average at about $.05, since that is where the stock was trading during the negotiations. That may be too much but could also be too little.
