Mr. Jens Tingleff, Would you or any member of the thread happen to know where I could find information about Form S-3 and the amount of time allowed to sell the registered securities before being required to re-file? Or are you allowed to sell under the S-3 until all securities are sold regardless of time? If anyone could provide a link to possible answers, that would be appreciated also:) So far, searching the SEC has only given the form definition without the associated rules. TIA, steve
