Reasons Include/Being:

It's Titanium (not gold)
Government is very much in favour
Jobs for Cape Breton
Sysco can be privatized (win-win)
Feed stock will be NS based.
Feed stock cost much reduced from present
Reduced smelting costs
Negligible capital cost to Sysco (or new owner to retool for Ti)
J/V with Titanium Corporation (ready market)
Stock have not caught on as yet because of ME listing
Metallurgy and drilling (reserves) soon to be announced
Government working with bidders/interested parties via Hoorgovens
etc.etc.

Chevy- please feel free to add to or correct the above. I have not found the negative as yet. Except the Southern State who will lose the feed stock supply contract.
