Well, not all baloney. If Q does not get the margin expansion that they were looking for, then that is a factor that is "new" and not exactly what came out of the last conference call. Lower ASP's combined with component prices that remain stiff will squeeze margins. The question is whether the various other divisions can pick up the slack. Also, the number of handsets shipped should pick up, with volume making up for some of the margin squeeze.
