Hi Tom, nice to see you. BRCD did a secondary(or a lockup expiry- sorry, I forgot which) a week (8/23) or two back for something on the order of 2.5 or 2.7mln shares. I bought once the volume was out. Look at the vol over the past couple weeks and you can tell which two days the stock came out.

I am long this one. Shaping up as the leader in the industry. fyi, ANCR longs much more NAVR like. Already bemoaning why ANCR's market cap isn't what BRCD's is.

OT, but what else do you have on the radar?

Tom:Short sellers? Well we don't have many longs posting here either.As for secondary offering,I don't know of any such plans at the moment.
