So we get diluted to the tune of $12 mill US in new paper, and get a not fully proven magnesium technology, and rights in a tinhorn country which will require $500K minimum in additional expenditures (last time I looked Camphor didn't have that much on hand). BOTH look like they will suck capital, which CHV is not exactly dripping in. I'd much rather NOT have the dilution, and NOT have the neato mag technology with Equatorial Guinea thrown in. But hey, that's just me.

I cannot understand why management is doing this at this critical moment! News on the diamond play will be released shortly and we will be halted for approx. 3 weeks! If this stock does not open with a huge upsurge in price, you can rest assured that we as shareholders have been sold out and Jean Boulle will be laughing all the way to the bank! Shareholders have not been waiting for a positive feasability decision for 4 years to find that they have been sold out at the very last moment! I do not see how a magnesium patent and an exploration property which we know nothing about can offset over 33,000,000 million shares of dilution! I am pissed off and disgusted with all parties involved (CFV, MPV, and "ALL") for handling this play like a bunch of amateurs! The hardest part of this whole mess should have been finding the diamonds! You all deserve to be working 24 hr shifts in a Siberion salt mine for your mindless greed and lack of concern towards who supports your lively hood! Namely "SHAREHOLDERS". GOOD RIDDINS!
