The impact of Intel getting into the web hosting business would be a good topic to discuss on the INTC thread.

As far as impact on AMD is considered I would say the impact is minimal other than having the 800lb gorilla being defocussed. The unit loss because of competitive issues is probably very small but in the context of AMD - every bit helps. I can easily visualize AMD doing a campaign to web players something like that the way Coke did- the famous "do you know Pepsi steals one of your customers every 3 seconds" or something like that.
