especially because you claim to be a feminist I don't think I came right out and said that; if I did, it wasn't strictly accurate. As I recall I said, which is true, that I had supported and worked for feminist candidates and causes in the 60s, particularly Bella Abzug, and still supported many of the traditional feminist principles, which being the father of two daughters I still do since I want them to be able to earn their livings on the same footing as my son and have the same opportunities that he does. But I hope I didn't go so far as to claim baldly that I am a feminist. There is IMO a vast difference between suporting many feminist principles and being a feminist. I do claim the former. But not the latter.
