On August 30th, Compuware announced the completion of its DPRC acquisition. Compuware announced its intention to acquire the publicly traded DPRC in late June. With a purchase price of $24 per share, we estimate CPWR paid roughly $450 million in cash and debt assumption to acquire DPRC.

The DPRC acquisition enhances Compuware's Professional Services division and helps the company meet its headcount objectives. The acquisition adds approximately 3500 consultants to CPWR's Professional Services team. We expect Compuware to cross sell its solution set into the DPRC customer base and leverage DPRC's local offices to increase Compuware's presence in the southeast and west coast markets of the US.

Based on the closure of the DPRC acquisition, we are increasing our F2000 and F2001 revenue estimates. We are increasing our F2000 revenue estimate from $2.17 billion to $2.44 billion. Our EPS for F2000 remains unchanged at $1.24. For F2001, we are increasing revenues to $3.29 billion from $2.95 billion and our EPS is increasing $0.02 to $1.59.
