Two nights of laughter in a row. And who are these men raised by men? I gather you are talking about men raised by single fathers? There are some, but how many?

Sorry to hear that your son is being pursued by women who want him to enter into marriages they aren't ready for. This does bother me, because I think it's counterproductive for the women to try to settle down too early, as well. Yet, I know I did it when I was that age, although most of the men I was interested in marrying expressed a reciprocal interest in marrying me. Even after they got laid.<g>

When I was a teenager, serial monogamy was the ideal, and if a girl dated a lot of guys, she was a heartbreaker. Men wanted to shack up, even if they were ambivalent about marriage. They wanted the milk without buying the cow, who can blame them? But I think girls should be more heartless, and date around more. I wish I had. I did, a lot, but I wish I had done it more.
