2 things. 1.) I got the impression that "Market on Close" could happen well before the completion of Phase 3. I was under the impression such an addition to the VWAP was imminent, perhaps as soon as the completion of Phase 1. 2.) I disagree that the "Volumes through the end of September are utterly meaningless",,,,,,,,,,,,,,,if the system is doing 85,000 crossed, (170,000 revenues shares), with only 20 of the 280 NYSE stocks and 15 floor brokers on its second day, i think it gives us an inkling of what will happen over the next 12 months when the other 280 NYSE are added, the numbers of clients are greatly increased, and Canada, and other trading system variations are added, such as VWAP variations, Market on Close, etc.
