Hi ticklish.... re: shorts, it would be one thing if there was a billion $$ valuation here but the mkt cap of this company is 230mm. Therefore I don't think theres too much to get excited about on the shorting side.... these guys aren't thinking about the product in question here.

And I'm not sure what kind of documents they are targeting here... I'm fairly sure they want the Oracle press stuff which is published and sold at bookstores now (and the equivalent kind of thing for other companies)... but additionally, maybe manuals etc? And then, white papers... which is probably why they call it "e-matter". Anyhow with the exception of maybe one Oracle press DBA guide none of these publications has the volume to interest Amazon. I'm not saying they won't do it but I can't see it as a high priority.

If Amazon wanted to get into this business they would likely acquire fatb vs. knocking it off... since Amzn has inflated stock and fatb under 400mm is small change, besides as you seem to know computer literacy has this legacy which is worth something.
