Since I have had multiple bouts of severe hypoxia holding my breath waiting for Loral-related rumors to come true, I no longer hold my breath. On a non-rumor related note, and I say this with the slightest glimmer of hope in my eye, QCOM has begun shipping handsets to service providers--obviously beta models, but shipping nonetheless.
