MANASSAS, Va., Sep 1, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- As part of its ongoing
growth and expansion plan, PACEL Corp. (NASD, OTC BB, PLRP) today went
on-line with its new E-BUSINESS-STOR.COM (EBStor.com) which provides a
number of internet services, including web page, e-commerce and
database design, maintenance and hosting.

The company has increased the number of current personnel for 15 to 30
and expanded into an additional 4,100 square feet of office space to
accommodate the increased business activities and activities expected
to be generated by EBStor.com.

Launched as a natural offshoot of its parent company, EBStor.com will
concentrate its efforts on the Internet commerce and services arena. F.
Kay Calkins, a Director and Secretary-Treasurer of PACEL Corp., is
President of E-Business-Stor.com, Inc., which was incorporated in the
state of Virginia as a subsidiary of PACEL.

"EBStor.com is up and running as of today," said Ms. Calkins. "In the
months leading up to today's launch, we negotiated web partnering
agreements with a select group of clients who wish to develop
e-commerce capabilities while mitigating their time requirements and
up-front consulting and design costs. For these partners, we provide
full e-commerce design from web page to database design, as well as
assistance in domain registration, merchant account setup, fulfillment
house contracting and search engine listing. These services are
provided for a minimum development fee along with a negotiated
percentage of the sales generated by the site."

A number of web contracts were obtained via PACEL Corp. during the
pre-startup phase of EBStor.com.

They include The Morton Downey Jr. Web Show, focusing on the Hall of
Fame talk show personality; New York City's world-famous Feast of San
Gennaro, which debuts this week at www.sangennaro.org; and
international singing star Enrico Macias, who begins a world concert
tour on behalf of the United Nations' Refugee program October 24, 1999
at Avery Fisher Hall in New York City, and ISO Registered, which
debuted this week at www.isoregistered.com.

Also, several other sites are in the works for later this year.
Ebstor.com has also contracted with PACEL to provide the internet
database design and maintenance serviced for their Childwatch software
program, designed in conjunction with Childwatch of North America, a
not-for-profit organization established to find and assist missing and
exploited children. Details of this program are expected to be
announced in late November.

PACEL is launching EBStor.com to provide better service to those
manufacturers and developers who are anxious to take advantage of the
new channels for distribution of their products offered by the
burgeoning e-commerce industry.

"We have the experience and know-how to provide customers with the
professional services to help them take advantage of Internet marketing,
" says Kay Calkins. "On-line retail is forecast to generate more than
$36-billion in U.S. revenues in 1999. Right now it is estimated that
38% of the population who have Internet access has shopped on-line 71%
of them making purchases. We have reviewed the strategies of the top
ten Internet companies and have adapted those which are appropriate to
our organizational needs."

Forward-looking statements in this release are made pursuant to the
"safe harbor" provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform
Act of 1995.

Investors are cautioned that such forward-looking statements involve
risks and uncertain ties, including without limitation, continued
acceptance of the company's products, competition, new products and
technological changes, intellectual property rights and other risks.

folks, just got off of the phone with wendy, from IR, she said that they were getting flooded with calls about the marsh electronic llc deal, (LOL) she said they will talk to the company about being more open about there pr's, but was concerned about compromising there postion with them, since they are the ones responsible regarding the technology that is now there responsibility to now market.
They are a private company, & one of their divisions are in Phoenix.
we talked about many other things regarding the future of a nasdaq small cap listing, & about all the technology, & I am more excited now than when I bought the stock. The amp deal with Siagria, is a high $$, low volume application now,, but she said that info she couldnt reveal regarding the underlying technology, could have a huge impact on the medical industry. (infering a breakthough). I than had mentioned that I had understood that this technology could be used in the fight agianst air borne virus, via microwaves, the treatment of pathogens in food stuffs, via micro waves etc, & the company was so interested in this product, that they were subsidising some sort of the moneys required for the short term ability to consumate a deal between the two!
The nmos sdram could be HUGE ONCE MARKETED! & this is not even one of the companys so called GEMS! We talked about so many things I cant remember them all, but I think we are in for a ride for sure, EXCITING!
