re not uncomfortable enough with their own situation
Well maybe in some cases. But one of the people at my job came to me (anyone with this type of events comes to me of course) and told me when he and his family was on vacation he was camping out and met a rancher at a diner. They got into conversation and the rancher offered him use of the land for camping away from it all, in exchange for helping clean up debris.
After three days of camping however he was surrounded by the ninja turtled feds, automatic weapons the whole bit. He was terrified as were his wife and children. They interrogated him as to why he was there, etc, and finally said "well the rancher is using blm land he doesnt have the authority to let anyone camp here". The man said "well if its blm land it belongs to all of us so that's ok" and the armed turtle he was talking to grabbed him by the t shirt neck and said "Are you smart assing me? I can get rid of you and noone would know!!!"
Smart assing...because he said "gov land belongs to all of us"!
They allowed him and his family to pack up and leave.
So I said to him "So are you ready to join the Libertarian party?"
His answer...
"No I'm going to stop registering to vote and try to keep anonymous, this is obviously a dangerous time".
But he was in the middle of nowhere: how does he think he can "keep anonymous".
But he was uncomfortable with his situation!!!!!
