Good call Lance;
PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 2, 1999--CJM Team Corp. (OTC BB: CJMT)
DBA: Sedona Systems Corporations announces its new INTERNET Incubator;
INKUNET.COM.

This new concept is being prepared as an Internet incubator for early stage companies. Sedona
Systems Corporations has plans to move to the new INKUNET name to better reflect its focus
on the acquisition and development of companies with a business application directed towards
the use of the Internet.

INKUNET.COM and its financial partner Blackwater Capital Group intend to acquire and
develop a number of companies from a number of different industries to include both
technology and non-technology related entities:

-- Basic industry companies with an INTERNET application

-- Current technology companies migrating to the INTERNET

-- Early stage ventures with a well-defined business objective and strong management team.

INKUNET.COM's focus is to then develop the selected entity to the point that a successful
secondary offering can be made on the individual company. INKUNET is currently in
discussions with five different companies and intends to "rollup" between 15 and 25 companies
as part of its business objective of becoming the leading Internet Incubator.

INKUNET.COM's Vice President, Norman E. Clarke noted, "We intend to position
INKUNET as a 'Mini CMGI' (Nasdaq: CMGI) and to develop a large portfolio of companies
under the INKUNET umbrella. INKUNET will also become the parent company for
REPRINT.COM."

In other developments the Reprint.com is being prepared for beta test in September as part of
its scheduled launch.
