LGND getting a lot of press
made the NASDAQ/AMEX market watch segment
says up 1/2 in pre-market trading
I see a bid price of 7 1/2 and 46K traded already
bid's now 7 3/16 with 71 K traded
now 7 1/4 with 91K traded by 9:20
LGND was up 1 1/16 on Instinet last night just after the announcement
I don't think that the general negative market is having much of an impact on LGND, at least not in pre-open trading
almost back to 7 1/2 on 95K traded

LGND opened at 7 15/32 with about 120K trading prior to open

Dow down over 100
NASDAQ down 50

LGND opened at yesterday's high for the day, 7 13/16

Over 100K traded in first 15 min, including at 20K block at 7 13/16, which helped push the ask to 7 7/8
