Good article, Jeff. An underlying theme: If it's virtually impossible to establish service or obtain a handset on the front end, why on earth would anyone in their right mind trust that the service will be there for them when it's really needed??? At the risk of sounding like Thursday Morning Slogan-Man : You only get one chance to make a first impression. Let's hope G*'s first impression to the world is a good one. ...Tim
