RR,

Yes $96 target.

FY '99
He is looking for $21.2 million in revenue
68% advertising

he has a 7 cent EPS estimate for the 4Q

FY '00
$50.7 million in revenue
55% advertising

He has a 28 cent EPS estimate for the year

FY '01
$84.9 million in revenue
45.3% advertising

expects ecommerce revenue to grow at a faster rate than advertising and account for 80% of revenue eventually.

of course he has a lot of other good things to say as well.

He gets to his price target by looking for a PE multiple of 125x Theoretical EPS (TEPS) and then adds in the $6 a share in cash. He thinks GNET could have a theoretical normalized net margin of 35% as a mature company. Based on calendarized '01 revenue of $95 million, he thinks the company could generate theoretical EPS (TEPS) of 72 cents.

I understand to be a good internet analyst you have to make up your own metrics (i love that word!) but could somebody please tell me what the hell he is talking about.
