Rob - if I were smart enough to figure that out, I'd set myself up as an analyst and really make big bucks! ;) Consumer comfort is hard to predict with the Internet and particularly with the dangers inherent in a business environment consumed with data gathering on everything we do. Until we see some legislative action on privacy and some really stiff penalties and vigorous prosecution we will never overcome the fear factor. I don't see that in the near future, and the longer businesses continue to play fast and loose with personal information there will be a growing body of consumers who love to look and play but never actually buy.
