It is unfortunate we have to rely on analysts to keep us informed as to the company's plans... Then there is always the question in our minds as to whether the analyst is stating an opinion, a rumour or a fact, unless of course, he/she provides his/her references....

However, with respect to the play itself, I still would refer to it as a spec play...Until it shows up on a balance sheet showing the book value of the property owned, I believe it is more correct to refer to it as a resource rather than an asset...
