Pravin,

<Niles' report>

Here are the highlights:

- 200ku+ for Q3 (previously 150-250)
- 1Mu+ for Q4 (previously unsure about 1Mu except on production front)
- Majority of top 10 OEMs to have systems out by Christmas (I read this to mean greater than 5 which is a good start with only 1Mu shipments)
- Motherboard flap fixed but 2 weeks behind schedule
- IBM launch next week, Compaq launch the following week
- K6/Flash upsides for this Q.
- Confirms 700MHz for October. Thinks 750 is after Christmas.

I have a hard time seeing past 500Ku for Q4. So, I thought it was significant that Niles sees Q4 at 1Mu+ given his reputation for nailing the numbers.

I have a hard time believing upside on K6 given K6-2 ASPs. One way this would be possible is if they shipped a lot more K6-3s than expectations or if they shipped very little at sub-400MHz speed-grades.

I also don't believe the 750 after Christmas story. I think it depends on what Intel releases in October.
