Now up to 600k firm institutional buy orders. Seems someone likes it at this price. Could be shorts covering. At any rate, buying is buying whether it is short cover or long buying.

<Sold 10 more puts this morning. Sept. 75s for 2 1/16 - kind of missed the low>

The highest price traded for those contracts today was 2-7/8.

It appears that your order filled at AM 10:07 when the underlying was around $86-3/4. Right now, the underlying is trading at $87-1/4 but the puts are still available for sale at a bid of $2-1/16. Sell those high implied volatilities! They're currently running at 100% for the 70-puts, 95% for the 75-puts, 92% for the 80-puts, and 89% for the 85-puts. That means that the 70s and the 75s are the best shorts (relatively speaking).

Good luck - I bet you won't mind if you're assigned 1,000 shares at a cost of around $73... :)

OT: AMZN and CMGI are both up for the day - does anyone know what's going on with the 'net stocks?
