I didn't know this SI thread existed on RPIX, thought it only held >$1 stocks. Glad to find it!

Regarding shares out... The company estimates (from July 1999) are as follows: 16 million shares outstanding with a 4.8 million float. These are all labeled "approximations" from the company prospectus.
