So let's see if I get this: when given the prospect of purchasing a stock for 15% below market value, one can immediately short AT market value to pocket the difference.

Then with a boxed position, the stock can go up or down or whatever; then when the restriction is off, they can either sell the long or cover the short depending on what looks best at that time.

TMSR had to fork over a finder's fee for someone to take on a deal like that?? Seems like folks would be lining up for a fairly sure 15%...
