So does that mean for people that use cell phones could just drop it in a cradle at home and now the landlines in the house become cellular phones if they choose. I remember old news that ATT were selling cellular phones below cost to get people on the network. Some used it as their primary line and some just used it as a cell phone. Could this device be a simple way to bypass the bells or add a second line in your house if you already own a cell phone? If so it is interesting because I never use all my minutes on my cell phone because its just more convenient to use a landline when at home. I also am assuming the price of the device is low.
