For what its worth, I have filed a complaint with the SEC... not that I expect anything, this my third ISSM complaint and only on one occasion did I get a phone call from a "live" person asking me some questions. At that time I thought I had nailed them all! But it never went anywhere... Although one never knows: the artist formerly known as Small Wonders, sure disappeared quick, didn't he? A local paper had a long and very positive article on stock "chat" areas such as SI, the author failed to warn people of possible scams; I called him and he promised a follow up -- I don't think he can go out on a limb either, unless the paper grants him a real research budget and legal backing (and most papers shy away from this) ... and the scumbags continue to party!
