i watch Nasdaq stocks almost exclusively and am starting to get a sense of whipsaws in that market

in looking for patterns to aid me, i find your post applicable there

MM's and smart money take stocks up and down at will, on occassion, for example PHCM, twelve points per day, it seems

it is also difficult to understand relative values so to optimize position, though your constant admonishment to be bias free and observe has helped that endeavour

i am looking at futures indicies to validate trends and timing on Nasdaq as well as the possibility of modest trading

am i correct in the inference that your successful trades are longer and follow the trend, both ways with appropriate risk reduction?

thank you for the reply,
ynot ;)

Uncle, just look at your TXN. What a jewel! Its great to see on days like this the stocks that are strong. A high PE but an even higher earnings growth rate which seems to be accelerating. Best regards.
