NSCT DD
National Scientific Corp.
Price: .29 X .31 (close yesterday)
Shares: O/S: 30M
Float: 7M

Profile (from last NR):
National Scientific Corporation, headquartered in Phoenix, AZ, is
involved in the research and development of electric components and
related technologies that are suitable for high-volume applications.
Even as it prepares to introduce its first array of technologies to the
wireless communications industry, the company is engaged in new
research and development on components and technologies appropriate for
other high-volume applications, including computers, VCRs, medical
instruments and the like. The company's shares trade on the electronic
bulletin board under the symbol NSCT.

Reporting: Nothing yet available... 10K will be out on 30 Sep
(this month). NSCT deadline for reporting is 14 Feb 2000.

The company has new management. Old management out and are done selling
their shares. The new management has cleaned up the company and is
clearing the debt. Currently NSCT has NO DEBT and will be reported as
such.

I talked to IR at the company last night and here is what I was told:

See this (NR) details on the deal with Marsh Electronics:
bigcharts.com.

The company has TWO more contracts to announce. Purposefully waiting until
after Labor Day to release the news. Additionally they have a new patent to
announce after the holiday as well.

NSCT overhead is roughly $14K per month... These new contracts will add to the
bottom line and the 1st quarter (Oct-Dec) will reflect a very positive revenue
stream and EPS figure according to IR.

In their own words, IR told me old management spent too much on promoting the
company instead of building new products... new management has cleaned up the
company, has new products, new contracts and are now going to start promoting
the company to the public. They are hiring a PR firm too.

Finally, a new web page is under construction... this web site will be interactive and will be client friendly. Will also include a comprehensive investor section as well.
national-scientific.com the web site is officially due out tomorrow. I looked this morning and the new site appears now.

NSCT came to me in a 52 week high scan earlier this week. Looked good
considering that OTCBB stocks moving up in a summer market must have
something going on. This scan has worked well during last two weeks.
Others Appearing on scans that have done well: KTNV, ECNC, GTSM...
I DDed GTSM at .46 or so right here and is now .719 X .84.

Not a rec to buy... Do your own DD.
