BUYING .....ADTX ....RTO info found

Filed with the SEC to let a company do their Reverse Take Over work.
Is a shell with over $1 million dollars in it and only 5.4 million shares total in the co. That = .185 in cash per share.
When they PR the RTO it should fly.

(COMTEX)B: Day Trading and Internet Gambling Merge -- Go Bet!

LOS ANGELES, Sep 2, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Go Bet!, a Los
Angeles-based interactive, marketing, entertainment and consulting
company, Thursday announced the launch of the sports and financial Web
site Bet at Wall Street (www.betatwallstreet.com).

Bet at Wall Street is the most customized Web site offering wagers on
the stock market and sporting competitions.

For less than the cost of an on-line trade commission at Charles Schwab
or E-Trade, Bet at Wall Street members can "place orders" on whether
the Dow Jones Industrial will close above or below a certain figure; or
how many shares of Microsoft (MSFT) might be traded in a day; whether
Amazon.com (AMZN) will post a profitable quarter in 1999 or 2000;
whether someone will buy Priceline.com (PCLN) before year-end 1999;
where NYSE will close on its first day vs. its IPO; where America
Online (AOL) will close, where Yahoo! (YHOO) will close and much more.

Members will be able to access free real-time quotes, customized
business news and financial data provided exclusively by the online
financial network, Money.net.

Bet at Wall Street also offers wagers on global sporting events,
including football, soccer, NASCAR, boxing, golf, rugby and horse
racing.

In addition to financial and sports wagering, visitors can play java
casino games which require no download, or they can download a free
casino program with more than 25 parlor games, including black jack,
poker, craps and roulette.

Bet at Wall Street (www.betatwallstreet.com) joins several other
on-line gaming Web sites marketed by Go Bet, including Bubba's Casino
(www.bubbascasino.com) (endorsed by NFL legend and film celebrity Bubba
Smith), @HomeSportsBook (www.athomesportsbook.com), All Sports Casino 2
(www.allsportscasino2.com) and Akira Casino (www.akiracasino.com). $10
billion will be gambled online by the year 2002 according to
DataMonitor.

Go Bet has selected Softec Systems Caribbean Inc. ("Softec"), a wholly
owned subsidiary of Starnet Communications (OTC BB:SNMM), to be the
software provider for the Web site. Global Internet is the operator
through which the online wagers may be placed at Bet at Wall Street.

Other companies involved in the on-line gaming industry include
Cryptologic (CRY.TO), Youbet.com (UBET), Starnet Communications (SNMM),
Boss Media of Sweden (BOSS.S), GalaxiWorld.com Ltd (GLXW), Atlantic
