(Nasdaq:INSI - news) Thursday announced that the two companies have signed a strategic agreement whereby Xerox will incorporate and resell the INSCI suite of COINSERV enterprise digital transaction document archive and Web delivery products. This announcement is a key component of Xerox's e-commerce/ Internet Presentment Solution announced in April. This reseller agreement enhances the marketing agreement the two companies announced in November 1998.
