You buddy was able to talk on the phone in the Lincoln tunnel because IFCI's AeroComm already installed their equipment there

But I agree that $100 mill sounds like a lot unless we consider the subway systems. My cell phone doesn't work there, but I noticed last week that it was working fine deep within the World Trade Center (another AeroComm project).
