In my original outlook for the mid term, I was looking for a short rally then a turn back down around mid September. That would fit what they are seeing. I however was not planning on this second dip here so it may skew my outlook a bit. I only use my mid term reads as a general guide and then tweek accordingly as the time draws more near.

I believe Don also has Mid September as an important time frame. One concern I have is the large number of OEX put contracts down at lower levels. As of last night, there were 11K contracts at 660, 650 and 640. This could stall a large decline until after expiration.

Well the wedge just melted away as 690 held during the recent sell attempt. Looks like this market does not want to decline further yet.

Good Luck,

Lee
