This is what I'm talking about... a more efficient distribution process for documentations. Combine with the direct pipes to customer bases, and fatb have a solid base to launch their b2b commerce hubs. Conceivably, this model can be extended out to training videos, and other non-line products that would be a hassle for the authoring companies to put out, but would enhance their strategy/product/marketing/cost angles if somebody can look after the distribution side for them. What would the customers buy ? Well, how about enhanced FAQs where you can find exactly the answers you need. For example : if you were desparate to figure out how to connect a Ascend router to a Cisco router, how much is this info worth to you ? It's the practical info. to solve the mundane everyday problem that will sell well in this model. cheers, tt
