EEE John: Canadian company filings are reported on SEDAR, the Canadian equivalent of EDGAR. Try the following link, type in "Canadian 88 Energy" in the Company Name field, and change the starting date to "January 1, 1997". That should give you all the public filings on the web. sedar.com I'll post more details later. Sometimes I wonder why I bother though.
