freeus:<your back operation> my 58 yr old sister is one month away from what sounds like same operation...she has been in her pain for eight years. It finally got painful enough that they are going to surgery...can you pm me if you find any good research on this "growth" technique...she is right near rochester n.y....good luck on your search...hope there are useful web sites for you...

No medication.The pain and I have found a way to coexist after these many years.Although I must say its a rocky relationship at best.:-)I do hope you do not have aseptic necrosis as I. I'll have a good thought for your complete recovery.
